\u00a0 Spel-Stinas Polska<\/b> is a memorable tune from the repertoire of Anna-Kajsa Norman, known to musicians as\u00a0Spel-Stina<\/strong> (“Fiddler Kristina”)\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

\u00a0 She was born in 1820, the daughter of an outstanding fiddler.\u00a0 It was unusual at the time for women to take up the instrument for social reasons, and she is just one of a handful of 19th-century women to be still remembered today.\u00a0 She died in 1903.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
