Tim Rued – Spelman i USA

This is a documentary put together by Swedish television in 1983.   It was part of a series on Swedish folk music, and this installment was to highlight an American fiddler who took up Swedish fiddling to play in the US.

It shows me being interviewed in my home.  lt shows a Monday night jam session including a Swedish waltz.  It shows a group of Americans playing for Swedish dancing in Mill Valley.  It shows Janette Duncan and me playing Swedish music in the California capitol building in Sacramento.

It finishes with me panning for gold.
